Installation and Commissioning

An important part of any new infrastructure is the knowledge transfer, education and training for the staff that will be managing the day to day usage of this deployment.

inTechnology Distribution offers a range of 3 hour to 3 day intense training programs that are designed for inTechnology Channel Alliance Partner's (i-CAP) and End-users that are looking to deploy or who have deployed any of the range of solutions represented by inTechnology Distribution.

This service provides onsite technical resource to install and commission the selected product or solution. This will allow i-CAP Partners and their customers to choose the most appropriate level of installation. All onsite installations are fully documented by the attending engineer. This will ensure that the customer has full knowledge of the status of the installation, along with any outstanding actions or follow up requirements. On completion of the installation, engineering reports will be produced for all parties concerned.
