Board of Directors

inTechnology Distribution is governed by a non-executive Board of Directors. The Board, working with senior management, is ultimately responsible for the current and future direction of the group and for overall business performance and overall company positioning and value. The Board delegates responsibility for the actual conduct of the business to the Chief Executive Officer who, with the senior management team, is accountable to the Board. The Board approves company goals and directions, strategic plans and performance targets, and ensures that appropriate policies, procedures and systems are in place to manage risk, optimise business performance and maintain high standards of ethical behaviour and legal compliance.
