The Support account creation process has simplified significantly. As of July 18th 2011, each new support purchase will trigger an email that will include the Support Purchase Acknowledgement (SPA) letter along with a link to our new Support Activation webpage; via this page you will be able to create a support account right there - on the spot. Simply complete the requested content by referencing your SPA letter. Feel free to share this email/link with everybody in your support organization.

Request Account – If your company is an approved Ruckus partner and you need your own user Account, go to partners.ruckuswireless.com and click Request an Account. Complete the short form and click Submit. Once approved by Ruckus personnel, you will receive an email with your username and password.

Change Companies – If you change companies and had a user account with your old company, you must apply again with your new company name. If the new company is not an approved Ruckus Partner, go to partners.ruckuswireless.com and click Apply to Become a Partner. If your new company is a Ruckus Partner, follow the Request an Account process.
