AiRISTA Flow are looking to appoint an experienced Regional Sales Representative that will drive the continued, rapid growth in AiRISTA Flow’s RTLS (Real-Time Location Systems) market share.
This is a hands-on opportunity for the right candidate with consultative and hunter sales experience to actively identify, manage, and close new and existing sales opportunities.
Our funnel shows substantial growth across the region and this Regional Representative role will be responsible, together with our distribution, channel and OEM partner for accelerating AiRISTA Flows growth and customer satisfaction as a technology and market leader in RTLS.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in Healthcare IT/Telecommunications-sales and in executing effective sales processes that drive opportunity conversion and revenue results.
Effectively and accurately manage territory sales pipeline
Plan, manage, and execute day-to-day sales activities to meet sales targets
Develop and execute revenue generating sales activities with our growing network of strategic partners
Lead complex sales negotiations, develop proposals, quotes, and responses to request for proposals (RFPs) and to gain new sales
Understand prospect’s needs and be able to effectively articulate and position AiRISTA Flow’s solutions
Successfully manage prospects and pipeline in CRM system (Salesforce) for planning and executing day to day activities
Effectively manage funnel, including pipeline, sales, orders, and activity reporting
Partner with technical team to ensure successful pre-, during, and post-sales customer satisfaction
Participate in events, forums, and associations to build and strengthen networks and pipeline
National and International travel will be required
Skills and Expertise:
Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent
5+ years relevant experience in a sales role with a technology company
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Solid operational sales and sales process experience
Proven experience using Return on Investment (ROI) value proposition in the sales process
Excellent tactical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills
Excellent writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills and a team player
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work experience in an international setting desirable
Experience in the healthcare market, RTLS industry, and healthcare budgetary processes is strongly preferred
